Republican Congressmembers and Senators don't stand by each other even in times of embarrassment, but the Democrates rally around to protect their members. This type of Republican behavior often discredit our leaders for the view of the grassroots. As Chairman, how will you assist in unifying our Republican leaders to support each other and stay out of the news?

The Democrats have successfully reinvented themselves as "defenders of (fill in the blank)" over the years. First blacks, then women and now Hispanics. Each they do so, an entire voting bloc accompanies Democrats to the polls. How does the RNC propose to counter or upsurp this strategy when demographics show traditional GOP voting blocs declining?

How can you resolve the deficits in reference to the China Trade Agreement and make it fair and equitable for the US & China, the loss of American jobs to foreign countries, the NAFTA agreement, review the tax breaks to major industries, and clarify the rumors of the AMERO dollar.

What will you do as RNC chairman to make sure the poor have a voice in the RNC? What will you do to ensure a range of women (single working moms, mom's at home educating their children, professional women, small business owning women, women with scientific backgrounds) have a voice?

If you are the new GOP Chairman, how will you address these four vital questions that will help provide answers to many of the other questions you are presented with: 1. What is our Destination? 2. What role does Education play in our strength and sustainability(ie..party philosophy, historical facts)? 3. Who will we groom and Empower? 4. How will we Deliver our message and the candidates whom we have groomed? I believe it is our D.E.E.D (Destination, Education, Empowerment and Delivery) to forward movement.

"Is the Republican party contemplating changing it’s Pro-Life stance?" Should have been: Is the Republican party contemplating abandoning it’s Pro-Life stance? I'm getting concerned that the party attempt to adopt a Vatican 2 approach, and only succeed in alienating it's supporters.

One of the biggest problems plaguing the GOP is a lack of party unity following primaries. We lost at least a half-dozen congressional seats in the 2008 elections as a result of this. Going beyond Reagan's 11th commandment of not speaking ill in public of fellow Republicans, this is the problem of former primary opponents refusing to help their party's nominees, holding back on endorsements, undermining volunteer efforts, and in one particular case, actively working with and publicly endorsing what would have been their Democratic rival in the general election. What have you done to ensure party unity in your state? What can the RNC do to not only encourage, but enforce, party unity? When these problems do crop up in races around the country, what will you personally do to help solve them?

The NRA won the debate and not even the opposition is dumb enough to push gun control, yet far too many Republicans think the 2nd Amendment is the most critical issue. How do you take their enthusiasm and translate it into fighting on the issues that are in play?

Will you encourage a large number of Conservatives to exit the Presidential contest after the first primary of 2012 in order to avoid a repeat of 2008 in which the Conservative vote was split and resulted in the weak nomination of John McCain?
