In light of the success of the Ron Paul presidential campaign attracting large numbers of young activists to the conservative cause, what specifically will you do to ensure they become Republicans?

Austrian economics is the leading advocate for individual freedom in economics. Individual freedom in economics is an important defense against tyrranny in government. Seeing now that the predictions of Ron Paul and Peter Schiff were amazingly accurate will the republican party now turn to the Austian school of economics for direction in monetary reform. Elaborate please

"We can't be a party of small government, free markets and low taxes while supporting bailouts and nationalizing industries, which lead to big government, socialism and high taxes at the expense of individual liberty and freedoms,"
How do you plan to discourage
embracing "socialism,"and support the real conservatives, like Ron Paul for Example?

As a Republican of over 20 years I went to my first county, district, and state conventions this year. I was appalled at how the Ron Paul supporters (including myself) were treated. The clear message I and thousands of others received was that we were NOT welcome in the Republican party. What will you do to let me know that I AM welcome and I should remain an active and registered Republican?

Having been a lifelong Republican for over 30 years, and having participated since the last election cycle at the precinct committee officer level of Republican party politics I am gravely concerned that the Republican Party is soley interested in running candidates who have paid their dues, so to speak, instead of supporting/running the right candidate for the right moment running on the right issues/message at the right location, i.e candidates who can win races. Also, Republicans who embrace the platform and ideals of the party yet are supporters of Dr. Ron Paul are shunned. I am a duly elected party official who is shunned at my legislative district and county party level. Will the party open the doors of the well sequestered Big Tent and embrace its very own elected officials who support the party platform and Republican ideals to expand, unite and succeed in electing viable Republican candidates or will it continue its stranglehold on power, shrinking the party and leading to the very death of the party?

Given that only one presidential candidate in 2008 had been predicting our economic collapse (and for the very reasons that caused it), warning for decades that policies being enacted would lead us to this pass, shouldn't the RNC pay VERY close attention to Congressman Ron Paul and his message?

Do you plan on living by the standards that you Preach? Similar to Ron Paul's message. Or do you plan on standing idly by when those selected by you for us to vote for go against those principles? Is there no repudiation for the guilty?

Honestly before I started listening to Dr. Ron Paul, I, a clueless ex-liberal, had no idea how much I was inline with the original Republican platform and the conservative values. Today, I'm proud to say that I'm a conservative and a registered republican! Will the RNC encourage people like me to stick around by returning it's position on issues, to the roots of the party.

Ron Paul, who understands the Constitution and the economy better than anyone, was treated as a pariah within our party. How will you reach out to those who follow him in his call to reverse the trend of larger government, more restrictions on our freedoms, unConstitutional laws and executive orders?

As a seventeen year old junior in high school, I have to say that our party is seen as the party of the rich, the whites-only party, and most surprisingly, the party most closely connected with big-government and 'the establishment'. What will you do to help turn this image around, especially amongst young people like me? Will you follow the example of Obama creating catching phrases such 'yes we can' and 'change'? (For example: 'Bring this bureaucracy down') What will you do to highlight the small government/libertarian aspect of the GOP which is most appealing to young people like me, while still tying in the crucial defense and social-conservative aspects? Will you follow any of the examples Ron Paul set?

We are tired of the Neoconservative big government approach that our party has been taking. What can you do to assure we have more Paleoconservatives like Dr. Ron Paul?

With the largely embraced campaign of Congressmen Ron Paul during the 2008 presidential race, how do you expect to win elections over the Democrats if you DO NOT follow this man's traditional, constitutional, and honest conservative values without the Republican party dividing any more than it already is?

The founding fathers believed that if America were to be the great nation that people wanted it to be, the government would need to follow a set of important rules.
These rules included a non-intervention foreign policy, a strict following to the constitution, sound money, limited government, and the constant preservation of civil liberties.
Now, hundreds of years later, the message of the founding fathers have fallen on deaf ears, and America has now become a country that is billions of dollars in debt, is stuck in a meaningless war that we had no right being in, having it's liberties stripped of it by the Patriot Act, spending billions of dollars policing the world for no logical reason, creating money out of thin air, ignoring the gold standard, and is under the threatening shadow of the Federal Reserve.
It has also come to my attention that in the Republican party, there is only one man who seems to be standing for the ideals of the founding fathers. That man is none other than Dr. Ron Paul.
Thus, the question I have is this: When are the Republicans going to start listening to the founding fathers, the constitution, and Dr. Ron Paul, and start bringing back the ideals of a constitutional government, sound money, civil liberties, and a non-intervention foreign policy.

How will the GOP regain its credibility? I mean fiscal conservatives aren't supposed to double the national debt in 8 years. The last eight years have been an utter disaster for the GOP. Why hasn't Ron Paul been elected as minority leader?
It sickens me that I am told Ron Paul is not a republican but George Bush is.

As the Republican Party's most intriguing individual, why isn't Ron Paul's message of individual liberty, sound money, and non-isolationist policies being adopted by the rest of the party, and what can us liberty minded individuals expect in the future from the Republican leadership or lack thereof?

Why do Republicans now "endorse" big spending candidates like McCain, Romney, Huckabee, and sending more aid to Israel? When WILL Republicans quit entangling itself in foreign conflicts, uphold the Constitution, protect the borders, abolish the Federal Reserve, REDUCE government, and spending?
We need Ron Paul/Goldwater Republicans, not any of these neo-con big spending liberals like McCain, Giuliani, and completely reach out to the young voters that the draft is NOT an option, nor is sacrificing liberties for security.
